ABOUT THE JOURNAL

Burganov House. The Space of Culture is a peer-reviewed scientific and analytical journal.

The journal is dedicated to the history, theory, and contemporary state of art and culture. Founded in 2005, the publication has earned recognition among scholars, art historians, and researchers both in Russia and internationally.

On the recommendation of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) of the Russian Federation, the journal is included in the List of Leading Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications in which the principal scientific results of dissertations for the academic degrees of Doctor of Sciences and Candidate of Sciences must be published. The journal holds the K2 category.

The journal is addressed to specialists in the fields of fine arts, architecture, music, literature, and philology, as well as to all those with a scholarly interest in these disciplines. Published materials are distinguished by their scientific novelty and methodological rigour.

The publication serves as an intellectual platform for researchers from various countries and contributes to the development of scholarly and creative connections within the international academic community. The journal features works by leading specialists, doctoral researchers, and postgraduate students.

The journal is published six times per year. All issues are freely available in electronic format as PDF (Open Access).
